Payments

Ordering from us couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is add the products you want to the cart, click checkout and the store will guide you through the process.

Our payments are processed by Paypal, so all your personal details are nice and secure. We never see any of your credit/debit card details.

Postage Costs

Standard Postage is free for any order over the value of £10 before any discounts. Recorded postage is available for any order at an additional charge. We use Royal Mail to deliver most of our orders, with UK orders sent by Second Class Post and International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets. Occasionally we will use a courier service for larger orders.

Packaging

All orders are sent securely packaged to protect them in transit. This is to make sure that the items arrive in good order to avoid disapointment on delivery.

Orders will either be sent in strong cardboard boxes or smaller orders will be shipped in Jiffy Envelopes. We have stopped sending orders wrapped in brown paper to avoid damage in transit.

Any order over 2kg in weight sent via Royal Mail Airmail will be sent as multiple packets to weight limits on this service.

Shipping Times

At present we don't have a live stock system in place as we are primarily a retail store. We don't want to mislead people by telling you that an item is in stock when it isn't. Shipping usually takes place within 48 hours if all items are in stock. If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery after you place your order with us, most customers should receive their orders within 5 working days.

Please contact us for further details if required via the ‘Contact Us’ feature. No orders will be sent until we have recieved payment in full. If your order is going to be delayed past our 14 day delivery target due to any item being out of stock we will contact you with details of the extra delay and give you the option of a refund or an alternative product should you wish.

You will recieve an email from us when your order has been shipped.

Due to Postage Regulations we cannot ship any Aerosol/Spray Cans to any address outside of the UK.

Due to a change in our trading aggrement with Games Workshop, we are unable to ship any of their products to any address outside of the E.U

Loyalty Scheme

We like to reward our customers with a little something for ordering with us. Once you have placed an order with us then you will automatically recieve our loyalty discount. This discount is 2.5% off any order placed with us, you don't even have to do anything! The discount will automatically be deducted at checkout. This does not stack with other discount codes so, if for example, you had a 5% discount code, this would then take priority.
